Our rates for rolling stock usage includes empty positioning for loading, empty railcar dispatch and the delivery railhead (by and at the expense of our agents). Foremost lanes for rolling stock assignation are railway stations of Russia (RZD), Kazakhstan (KZH), Khirgizia (KRG), Uzbekistan (UTI), Azerbaijan (AZ).
